ANDREW COUNTY—A St. Joseph man was injured in an accident just before 8p.m. Monday in Andrew County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Dodge 1500 driven by a 58-year-old St. Joseph man was southbound on Interstate 229 three miles north of St. Joseph. The vehicle skidded on the ice covered road, traveled off the east side of the road and overturned.

Andrew County EMS transported the driver to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
