A 12-year-old boy from Gallatin was seriously injured in an ATV accident southeast of Gallatin in Daviess County. The boy was a passenger on the ATV, which rolled over and landed on his leg after a sharp turn. The ATV was being operated by a 12-year-old girl who was not injured in the accident. The injured boy was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment. The incident occurred at 5:30pm.
