The 40th Annual Heart of America Chili Cookoff in St. Joseph, Missouri, raised over $100,000 to support the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Northwest Missouri office. The event drew around three thousand attendees who participated in the cookoff, silent auction, and other activities throughout the day. All funds raised will go towards UCP’s programs to assist children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and other developmental disabilities. Winners of the people’s choice division included Purina and Sisters Three, with additional honors awarded to various participants. The UCP encourages everyone to attend future cookoffs to experience the supportive atmosphere and contribute to their cause.
