A St. Joseph man, Daniel L. Johnson Jr., has been denied bond by Buchanan County Judge Rebecca Spencer for evidence tampering related to a shooting incident on March 11. Johnson was allegedly present during the shooting and left the scene in the suspect vehicle. The shooting resulted in critical injuries to an adult male and a juvenile, who were hospitalized as a result.
