The City of St. Joseph Fire Department has received a grant to build a joint fire training facility at Rosecrans Air National Guard base. The City Council has started authorizing the project, which will benefit both the fire department and the 139th Airlift Wing. The new modular fire training simulator will provide realistic live fire training scenarios for firefighters.
