Camp Geiger in St. Joseph, Missouri, hosted an early spring celebration to encourage kids to enjoy the outdoors after the winter months. The event featured a variety of activities such as crafts, face painting, tug of war, and outdoor skill stations like BB guns and archery. Families also participated in a giant Easter egg hunt with 6,500 eggs hidden in the valley. Brandon Keller, Cub Scout Chairman, emphasized the importance of outdoor activities for youth development and highlighted the health benefits of sunlight and fresh air. Camp Geiger plans to host more events in the future for families to enjoy.
