Firefighters in St. Joseph and surrounding communities will benefit from a new joint training facility at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base. The City of St. Joseph will invest $223,500, with grant funding from the Missouri Department of Economic Development, to construct a modular fire training simulator. This facility will enhance fire training and operations in the region, providing a long-term boost to firefighter preparedness.
