A St. Joseph man was found guilty of two counts of Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree for inappropriate acts with a 12-year-old child he resided with. The man was reported to have engaged in inappropriate behavior while the child’s mother was at work. The child disclosed the incidents in a forensic interview, and the man will be sentenced on May 7, facing a minimum of five to 10 years in prison up to life imprisonment.
