Atchison County Commissioner James Campbell announced clean-up dates for two drop-off locations in Atchison and Effingham. The clean-up will take place on April 24th and 25th from 8AM to 4PM at the transfer stations. Residents can dispose of various materials including trash, metal, recyclables, yard waste, and tires.
