There are no finalized plans for redevelopment of the site, which has been vacant since the dealership moved to a new location two years ago. The building, constructed in the late 70s, has a history of refurbishment and had received bids for the property when it first became vacant. No future plans have been announced for the lot at the corner of Frederick Avenue and Woodbine Road.
