Utility work will impact drivers on I-35 in early May.

I-35 from just north of U.S. Highway 69 to U.S. 36, will be narrowed to one lane in both directions, while crews cut old power lines and install new ones. The project will run from Saturday morning , May 2nd, to Monday morning, May 4th.

The contractor will also intermittently be closing the roadway, as well as access to I-35 from Route BB.
