ATCHISON COUNTY, Kan.—One person was injured in an accident just after 9p.m. Thursday in Atchison County.

A 2015 Ford Fusion driven by Anthony Quintois, 22, Atchison, was southbound in the 100 Block of North 9th Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. An eastbound bicycle driven by a 14-year-old in an alley entered the roadway and collided with the car. 

EMS transported the 14-year-old male bicyclist  to Amberwell Hospital.
