Local organizations in St. Joseph, Missouri are hosting a fundraiser called “Empty Bowls” on March 24th at the Word Of Life Church. Attendees will pay a $25 admission fee to enjoy a variety of soups and dishes. The event is organized by Interserv, Second Harvest Community Food Bank, Catholic Charities, and the Open Door Food Kitchen. All proceeds will go to benefit the Hunger Coalition in St. Joseph.
