Rosecrans Memorial Airport in St. Joseph will host the Pony Express STOL event, featuring aircraft showcasing short take-off and landing skills. The event, set for May 30, will highlight pilot expertise and aircraft performance. Last year’s winner landed in just 40 feet, with increased participation and attendance expected this year. The event will offer food vendors and activities, with additional aviation-themed events planned for the future at Rosecrans.
