Boehringer Ingelheim’s U.S. Animal Health business in St. Joseph, Missouri is undergoing operational changes to strengthen the site and remain competitive in the supply market. As part of this effort, 60 manufacturing and supply employees will no longer have roles at the facility. The affected employees will receive support from the company, including severance and career transition services, with opportunities to explore other roles within the organization. The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce’s workforce development team is also assisting impacted employees during this transition.
