First responders in St. Joseph organized an early Easter egg hunt for local families, featuring 20,000 eggs filled with goodies and toy giveaways donated by Walmart. The event drew hundreds of families and included vehicle tours and activities for children. Organizers, including officers, deputies, and firefighters, were pleased with the community engagement and are already planning for next year’s event. The positive feedback from the community has encouraged them to continue this tradition of giving back to the youth in the community.
