The back-to-back MINK League Champion St. Joseph Mustangs have revealed the roster for the 2026 season heading into a year seeking the organizations 11th title.
The Mustangs will feature a lot of familiar faces and local baseball players this summer from around the region, some that are returning from last year’s team.
- Atchison- Boston Bruce (Johnson County CC)
- Benton- Chris Coy (Omaha)
- Bishop LeBlond- Frank Gall (Northwest)
- Central- Owen Foster (Maple Woods CC)
- East Buchanan- Gage Busby (Northwest)
- Lafayette- Jayden Little (Lincoln), Brayden Luikart (Missouri Southern)
- Plattsburg- Keegan Gudde (Hannibal-LaGrange)
- West Platte- Jaxon Turner (North Central CC)
- Lawson- Lane Chapman (Missouri Southern)
Along with the local players, there are also several that are returning to the Mustangs in search of a third straight championship.
- Caden Carter (Missouri Southern)
- Diego De Santiago (Northwest)
- Tyler Gundlefinger (North Carolina Beaufort University)
- Jase Johnson (Northwest)
- Landon Reith (Emporia State)
To help contribute, there are also some new faces that will make themselves known to Mustangs fans this season at Phil Welch Stadium.

The St. Joseph Mustangs open their season on May 27th, hosting the Kansas City Monarchs, they open MINK League play on May 29th against the Carroll Merchants. For more information on the team, you can click HERE.
