Grammy-nominated trio FLO are back with their latest single, “Leak It,” released via Island Records alongside a visually captivating music video. Marking their first new release since debut album Access All Areas, the track signals a confident new phase for the group.

Blending playful energy with a provocative edge, “Leak It” leans into themes of desire and self-assurance, all wrapped in the group’s signature harmonies. The accompanying video, directed by Olivia De Camps, places the trio—Stella, Jorja, and Renée—inside a fictional wellness retreat where rising stars are schooled in the unwritten rules of fame, with plenty of unexpected moments unfolding.

Reflecting on the song and its visual, FLO shared: “‘Leak It’ unlocks a core memory of being a young girl, listening to girl group music and feeling empowered! The video is iconic! And we’re proud that it’s ours. This is the video we dreamt of having as teenagers. We’re cunty, we’re funny, we’re bold, we’re FLO. We hope everyone loves it as much as we do.”

The release builds on a standout year for the trio. Their debut project Access All Areas earned a nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album at the Grammy Awards—a historic achievement that made them the first British girl group in 20 years to receive a nomination. The album also performed strongly on the charts, landing in the UK Top 3 and appearing on the Billboard 200, while helping the group surpass 605 million global streams.

Off the back of that success, FLO also completed their Access All Areas tour, including their largest headline shows across the U.S., U.K., and Europe
