Two women were hospitalized with minor injuries after a crash at North Woodbine Road and Sherman Avenue. The crash occurred when a vehicle traveling east on Sherman Avenue failed to yield to another vehicle heading south on Woodbine Road, resulting in a collision. The impact caused the southbound vehicle to collide with a utility pole, which will need to be replaced. Evergy crews are working to repair the damage.
