BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after an arrest.

Just before 8p.m. Nov. 13, Sheriff’s Deputies were attempting to locate a wanted Kansas man at 133 W. 13th Street in Horton, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.

A search warrant was granted for the residence and deputies  executed the Warrant a short time later.   Deputies found 45-year-old Gerald Adams of Horton hiding in a closet.  He was arrested on a Brown County Felony Failure to Appear Warrant and is facing a charge of Felony Obstruction.
